OthersHealth provides a marketplace and discovery platform. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, candidate selections, interview decisions, or employment terms between users and third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OthersHealth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where we detect misuse, policy violations, legal risks, or operational threats. Users may request account closure subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
8. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction and venue, where applicable, shall lie with competent courts in Patna, Bihar.
