BPCL Eligibility Criteria 2026
Junior Executive (Engineering)
3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering with required marks and 5 years of relevant work experience. Upper age limit: 32 years.
Junior Executive (Accounts)
Graduation with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate and 5 years of relevant finance or accounts experience. Minimum age: 30 years. Upper age limit: 35 years.
Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities)
B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BMS, or BHM with 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in facility, hospitality, retail, or food service operations. Upper age limit: 32 years.
Secretary
Class X, Class XII, and Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant secretarial experience. Secretarial certification is desirable. Upper age limit: 32 years.
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)
M.Sc. in Chemistry with the specified specialization and 3 years of relevant laboratory experience. Upper age limit: 35 years.
Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation)
Master's degree in Hindi with English at Class XII or graduation level and 3 years of translation experience. Upper age limit: 35 years.
Age relaxation
SC/ST: 5 years, OBC-NCL: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years, subject to the limits given in the official notification.
